NFT launchpad
My minting transaction failed.
Minting may fail due to multiple reasons:
Mintable supply has ran out before your transaction.
Insufficient tokens / Gas for mint
Network congestion / error
If the TX failure does not fall under the conditions above, please directly contact Intella X support with the TXID of the mint.
Why can't I mint?
In order to participate in the mint event, Intella X Wallet must be connected to the marketplace, and you must be qualified in the Whitelist (If it's a WL mint). Also, NFTs are only mintable in the activated round time. (Active round time can be checked on the launchpad page of each project!)
What is a WL?
WL is an abbreviation for Whitelist. Being in the 'Whitelist' means that you are eligible for the Whitelist mint, which means that you get a guaranteed chance to mint. (The Whitelist spots are usually matched 1:1 for a mint spot) Whereas in the public mint where anyone with Intella X Wallet can participate, the chances to successfully mint is relatively low: which is why being in the WL is always a good thing!
Can I sell the minted NFT to other NFT marketplaces?
Any minted NFTs can be freely transferred to other Web3 Wallets such as Metamask. (Make sure to connect to the corresponding network to the minted NFT's network) They can also be traded on external marketplaces, such as Magic Eden or Opensea.
Note that the NFTs can only be applied through Intella X Wallet if you wish to connect the NFTs to its game.
My NFT looks the same after the reveal.
Tried clicking on the 'Refresh Metadata' button. If that does not solve your issue, then please contact Intella X support with the names of the NFT and its collection.
What is a 'reveal'?
The reveal process is done on a collection that is minted as 'unrevealed' status. It is a system to provide a fair chance to everyone to acquire a rare NFT, which is made possible through the Chainlink VRF. 'Reveal' means to update the metadata of all NFTs in a collection to individual, and unique metadata.
How do I get whitelisted?
Whitelists are given out by the projects, and not by Intella X. Conditions for getting Whitelisted vary by projects, so please check the project communities for the details.
