I can't create an account!

You may get the "Failed to create an account." error during account registration if the Ethereum network is unstable. Our wallet infrastructure was unable to assign a new wallet address because of Ethereum's temporary network error.

If you cannot create an account due to network issues, please try again later. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any other solutions due to technological limitations.

The app keeps telling me I entered the wrong seed phrase!

If the app doesn't accept your seed phrase, it's possible that:

  • The seed phrase you entered contains capital letters. Your seed phrase must be in lowercase letters only.

  • There are numbers or special characters in your entry. Do not enter any numbers or special characters. There should only be English alphabets in your seed phrase.

  • Extra spaces were found in your entry. There should be only one space between the words, and there should be no spaces in front of the first word and after the last word of the phrase.

  • You have mixed up your seed phrase with that of a different account.

  • There's a typo in your entry or you've made a mistake when writing down the seed phrase by hand. Your seed phrase contains words from the following list of words, so try checking whether the words in your seed phrase belong in the list:

I forgot my passcode, can you help me find it?

If you are having trouble with your passcode, you can always reset it by resetting your account. It is important that you have your secret recovery seed phrase when resetting your account, as you will need to enter your seed phrase to log back in to your account.

I forgot my secret recovery seed phrase, can you help me find it?

Unfortunately, Intella X does not have access to nor can retrieve lost secret recovery seed phrases. Seed phrases cannot be reset, so it is important that you physically have the seed phrase with you to regain access to your wallet account.

How do I delete my Intella X Wallet account?

You can always delete your Intella X Wallet account by going to Settings > Customer Support > Delete Account.

However, if your wallet holds over $5.00 USD in asset balance, you will need to transfer your assets to another wallet in order to delete your wallet account.

I can't delete my Intella X Wallet account!

If your wallet holds over $5.00 USD in assets, you will need to first transfer your assets to another wallet to complete your account deletion.

Can I still use the wallet address even if I delete my Intella X account?

You will no longer have access to your wallet address once you delete the Intella X account associated with it. Please make sure that you are absolutely certain about deleting your Intella X account.

I got a new device, can I access my Intella X Wallet from this new device?

You can access your wallet from the new device by logging in with the account ID and password. If you have enabled 2FA(Two Factor Authentication) you will need your secret recovery seed phrase on hand to login in to your new mobile device.

Why am I blocked from using the service?

If you're unable to access your Intella X Wallet account, it means we've detected suspicious activities in connection with your wallet address. If you believe this is in error, please reply with your wallet address and we will look into the issue.
